Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

MailForge is designed for sending legitimate transactional and marketing emails to recipients who have given consent. This includes: order confirmations, password resets, account notifications, newsletters (with opt-in), and product updates.

Prohibited Content

• Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Phishing, scams, or deceptive content
• Malware, viruses, or malicious links
• Content that violates applicable laws
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Cryptocurrency/NFT spam or pump-and-dump schemes

Prohibited Practices

• Sending to purchased, scraped, or rented email lists
• Sending without valid opt-in consent from recipients
• Hiding or falsifying sender identity
• Removing or obstructing unsubscribe mechanisms
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or quotas
• Using the service to test email deliverability for spam operations

Bounce and Complaint Thresholds

Your account must maintain:

• Bounce rate below 5%
• Complaint rate below 0.1%

Exceeding these thresholds may trigger a review. Persistent violations result in suspension.

Enforcement

We monitor bounce rates, complaint rates, and spam trap hits. Violations may result in: warning, rate limiting, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. We reserve the right to take immediate action for egregious violations.
